How to Request a Replacement?
At Shahji Ghee, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we are happy to provide a replacement. Follow these steps to request one:
Step 1: Initiate a Request

Step 2: Provide Necessary Details
To process your replacement quickly, please provide:
- Your Order ID or invoice number for verification.
- Clear images of the received product showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item).
- A brief description of the problem for our team to assess the request.
Step 3: Approval & Processing
Once we verify the issue, we will approve the replacement and arrange a new shipment. You will receive tracking details once the replacement is dispatched.
Important Guidelines:
- Eligibility: Replacements are only applicable for incorrect, damaged, or defective products.
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact to qualify for a replacement.
- Non-Eligibility: If the request is made after the stipulated period or if the product has been used, we may not be able to process a replacement.
